Our webmail facility is a breeze to use. All we really need to explain to you is how to log in.
username
If you have an Aztec original email account then you need to enter your username as it would appear in your email settings which can be pretty much anything. You can email our support team (see the button on the top right) before you go away for the username or speak to your companies email administrator (if you have one) and they can usually help you out.
If you have one of our new email accounts then your username will actually be your email address so it's much easier for you to log into our webmail facility.
password
Your password is another mater. We can email your password if it has been changed by us since March 10th 2004 or id you are a new customer since that date. Otherwise we will have to change it for you so please email our support team (see the button on the top right) if you have forgotten it.
The rest is as easy as pie and very straight forward.
