MICROSOFT WINDOWS PC's using Outlook Express & Outlook 2000.
To configure Outlook Express to read Internet mail, follow these steps:
1. In Outlook Express (and Outlook 2000), click Accounts on the Tools menu.

2. In the Internet Accounts dialog box (above), click Add, and then click Mail.
3. In the Display Name box, type the name you want others to see when you send a message, and then click Next.
4. In the E-mail Address box, type the e-mail address for the account you are using (for example, "info@aztecinternet.net"), and then click Next.
5. Under E-mail Server Names, select the incoming mail server type as POP3 (default type), and then type the Incoming Mail (POP3) server and Outgoing mail (SMTP) server names as pop.aztecinternet.net for both Incoming and Outgoing servers N.B. Do NOT type smtp.aztecinternet.net as it will NOT work. Then click Next.

6. At the next screen type your account name and password and click Next.
7. On the next screen select the method you want to use to connect to the Internet.
8. Click Finish.
For APPLE MACINTOSH using MacOS 9.2 with Outlook Express.
1. In Outlook Express, click Accounts on the Tools menu.

2. In the Accounts dialog box, click New.

3. Select the type that you want to out of "POP", "IMAP", "Hotmail" (usually pop). Then click OK.

4. In the Edit Account dialogue box under the Account Settings tab, enter the Personal Information and the Server information (pop.aztecinternet.net for both Incoming and Outgoing servers N.B. Do NOT type smtp.aztecinternet.net as it will NOT work.)

5. When done click on OK. Then click Send and Recieve to test the account (you will need Internet connection to test the email.)
